Before founding Culminar, I spent over two decades teaching at the college level. I also served as a leader in multiple organizations: academic, municipal, nonprofit, and ecclesiastical. I am also a writer of creative fiction and plays. This broad experience enables me to quickly comprehend the personal and organizational contexts of our clients and to help them give better shape to their narratives.

My wife and I have three grown children and greatly enjoy traveling. We have lived in eight U.S. states and three foreign countries.

When I'm not coaching or writing a life-changing course, I love reading, hiking in creeks with my kids, and trying to teach my dogs new tricks.
